He founded Head Development Limited, a multi-disciplinary consultancy. His early high school education was gotten at the prestigious Mount Saint Gabriel’s Secondary School, Makurdi, Benue State. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State and also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Economics from Enugu State University of Science & Technology, Enugu, Enugu State. 

He is a seasoned Banker with 15 years’ Banking Sector experience between 1999 and 2013 where he consistently drove operational excellence, revenue growth and quality customer satisfaction and led cross-functional teams, implementing effective business processes and achieved organizational objectives across several merchant and commercial Banks.

After leaving the Banking industry, he started Head Development Limited, and has worked as Business Consultant since proffering sound business solutions to several private local and international companies. 

His experience cuts across Human Capital, Financial, Operational and Cross-Functional Team Management, Customer Service, Systems Implementation, Revenue Generation, Business Marketing, Performance Evaluation, Policy and Program Development, Cost and budgeting, and Regulatory Compliance Monitoring, Value Chain Development,  and Financial intermediation,. 

He is a professional Orator and a member of the Nigerian Guild of Orators, A full member of the African Business School, Abuja, and Full Member of the Institute of Fraud Examiners, Nigeria and a Certified Business Development Manager and Development Economist.
