He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food science & Technology, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD), in Foods Science and Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) also in Food Science. He is a member of the Institute of Food Science & Technology. 

He is a recipient of an Honorary Doctorate degree in Conflict Management by Wayne Park University, California, USA.

His wealth of experience cuts across the following where he served in different capacities: Tropic Foods Limited, Agbede, Edo State as Assistant Production Manager; Bendel Feed & Fluor Mill Ltd., Ewu, Edo State as Assistant Manager; Nasco Foods (Nig.) Ltd, Jos, Plateau State as Production Manager; Juno Foods Ltd. Agbede, Edo State as Factory Manager; Vesa Food Ltd., Benin- City, Edo State as Factory Manager; UKC Bakeries Limited, Warri , Delta State as Facilities and Operations Manager; He also headed Pemo Foods Limited, and the Food Processing Sector of Pemo Group as the General Manager.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Harlema Technologies, a Consulting focused on Manufacturing firms and Darlene Foods and Beverages in Benin-City, Edo State.
