He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State (2005) with 2nd class upper division and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero University Kano, Kano State (2012). He is a recipient of an Honorary Doctorate degree in Business Administration by London Bridge Business School, UK.

He has over 12 years’ experience in the Banking Industry spanning Customer Service, Operations, Marketing and Business Development with Skye Bank.

He has attended several courses in Nigeria in Customer service, sales and Marketing, Leadership, Credit administration, financial literacy/education, Relationship Management, Lead generation, Business intelligence  and internationally notably in Business and Risk Management with National Institute of Bank Management, India. He also holds certifications in soft skills like Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal/Relational Skills.

He is a certified Trainer – by the Centre for Management Development (CMD), member of the Institute of Certified Economist of Nigeria, ICEN, Business Development Service Provider, BDSP – from Kaduna Business School, certified management consultant, CMC, and Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants, IMC-Nigeria. He is also a certified Management Specialist with Distinction in Time Management from the London Graduate School, UK.

He has partnered with SMEDAN on Entrepreneurship training of over 450 business owners of Small and Medium Enterprises, NYSC to train 700 corps members on Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development, SAED Program.

He is also the Managing Director, Metas Creation Limited, playing key roles in Monitoring and Evaluation engagements for several companies and organizations with the mission to help increase the chances of survival of small businesses in Nigeria, to help individuals in the area of personal development, and to help organizations optimize their output.
